How much notice do you need?
Cake slices need a couple of days, standard cakes 2 days, custom cakes 2-3 days, and wedding cakes 2-4 weeks.
Do you do refunds?
Cancelation of any order will lead to a 30% refund of your initial deposit. For normal cakes: cancelation needs to be 48hours; for wedding cakes; 1-2 weeks before delivery date or wedding day.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes — a 50% deposit confirms standard orders, and 75% for custom/wedding cakes. The balance is due on collection or delivery.
